Tiffany Lohmar
As Owner and General Contractor, Tiffany leads with a heartfelt vision for building something truly meaningful. With deep family roots in construction and a formal study of interior design, her perspective is shaped by both generations of hands-on building knowledge and a strong appreciation for thoughtful, beautiful spaces.
She brings a rare blend of big-picture thinking, design sensitivity, and real-world construction experience, setting the tone for everything the company does. Tiffany deeply values relationships and believes the best projects are built on trust, communication, and a shared sense of purpose. She is passionate about creating not only exceptional spaces, but also an experience that feels seamless, collaborative, and rewarding for everyone involved—from clients and design partners to subcontractors and the entire project team.
Her leadership style is warm, detail-oriented, and grounded in the belief that the process matters just as much as the finished result. She works hard to ensure every project is a positive journey for all parties, where people feel heard, supported, and excited from start to finish.
Outside of work, Tiffany loves spending time with her kids and dogs, and is most at home at the yoga studio, in the water, traveling, or enjoying live music at a concert.
Izzy Wolf
Izzy is the Marketing and Administration Coordinator at our company, supporting both the operational and marketing efforts that keep projects and communications running smoothly. She assists with coordinating marketing initiatives, managing company communications, and handling key administrative tasks across departments. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Izzy helps maintain project documentation, supports client communications, and ensures brand consistency across marketing materials. Her collaborative approach and dedication help strengthen relationships with clients and partners while supporting the continued growth of the company.
Outside of work, Izzy lives in New York City and has a passion for fashion, bringing creativity and a strong sense of style to everything she does.
Travis Gibson
Travis is our Field Supervisor, and he is committed to delivering high-quality results while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client. He specializes in clear communication, active listening, and building strong relationships that keep projects running efficiently from start to finish.
He takes pride in coordinating teams, addressing challenges proactively, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship on every job site. His approach is centered on understanding client needs, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that every detail aligns with expectations.
Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible—whether gardening, camping, or fishing. He also values spending time with his dog, Carl, who keeps life fun and active. Above all, he cherishes quality time with the family he has and makes the most of those moments together.
Sam and Olive
Sam is our Head of Security & Structural Support. At 110 pounds of steady presence, he takes perimeter checks, delivery inspections, and jobsite supervision very seriously. A seasoned professional with years of experience (and zero tolerance for suspicious squirrels), Sam brings loyalty, protection, and quiet leadership to every project.
Olive is our Director of Vibes & Velocity. Small but unapologetically confident, she believes every room deserves a dramatic entrance and a celebratory sprint. She specializes in morale boosting, rapid site walkthroughs, and keeping everyone on their toes.
Together, they ensure LohmarHaus projects are built with strength, heart, and just the right amount of sparkle.
