Our Team
Tiffany Lohmar
Tiffany is the Owner and General Contractor, with a vision for building something meaningful, she brings a blend of big-picture thinking and true hands-on experience. She sets the tone for everything we do.
Sam and Olive
Sam is our Head of Security & Structural Support. At 110 pounds of steady presence, he takes perimeter checks, delivery inspections, and jobsite supervision very seriously. A seasoned professional with years of experience (and zero tolerance for suspicious squirrels), Sam brings loyalty, protection, and quiet leadership to every project.
Olive is our Director of Vibes & Velocity. Small but unapologetically confident, she believes every room deserves a dramatic entrance and a celebratory sprint. She specializes in morale boosting, rapid site walkthroughs, and keeping everyone on their toes.
Together, they ensure LohmarHaus projects are built with strength, heart, and just the right amount of sparkle.
